I help people move past trauma and redefine their thinking in order to help them find their best self and experience the world in a healthier way. When life feels too challenging and you know you want to make a change but don’t know where to start, I’m here to help you make the changes you need. I have spent the past 13 years providing mental, developmental, social, and behavioral health services to adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD, alongside many other diagnosis and social and emotional conflicts.
